Paynovate SA, a Belgium-based fintech, is looking for a Customer Support Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, helping with payments, invoices, terminals and access to services. You will triage requests, resolve simple issues, escalate complex matters to the right teams, and receive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch; able to communicate professionally in English.
• Experience in customer service or willingness to learn is valued.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments and transaction data.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for Paynovate customers, handling requests via phone and email/ticketing systems.
• Triage incoming requests, resolving Level 1 cases and escalating complex matters to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide clear, professional and customer-focused support.
• Create, update and manage support tickets using Zendesk and Jira.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
