Van Mieghem is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer relationships in the transport and logistics sector. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide accurate service information, and support drivers and the dispatch team.

The role requires French fluency; Dutch or English is a plus. You will enter data into the management system, collaborate with other departments, and listen carefully to customers to offer solutions with a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

• Excellent command of written and spoken French.
• Knowledge of Dutch or English is an advantage.
