Infosys in Brussels is seeking an experienced Product Owner fluent in French to lead product development in postal and logistics domains. You will define vision, manage roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and ensure delivery with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams.

Role requires 3-4 days per week in the office and strong Agile leadership to drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demonstrations while ensuring regulatory and service-level alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or similar leadership experience in Agile environments.
• Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements for logistics domains.
• Fluent French with ability to run workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the product roadmap aligning business and operations.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from postal, parcel, and logistics ops.
• Translate needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Be the main liaison between business, tech, and delivery partners.
• Drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
