The Career Nest is seeking French-speaking customer support professionals to join a multicultural team supporting prestigious global brands in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for French-speaking customers, delivering digital and customer care solutions across phone, email, and chat.

We offer a 40-hour workweek with rotating shifts, an initial 12-month contract renewable up to 12 months, and pathways to permanent assignment after two years.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Good working knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers across phone, email and chat to deliver digital and customer care solutions.
• Support prestigious global brands in Portugal, ensuring high-quality customer experiences across multiple channels.
