Dustin is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Belgium and invites a curious, proactive candidate to join a hands-on, supportive Backoffice team. You will resolve customer inquiries, provide smooth service, and help ensure a positive customer journey in a hybrid work setup.

You’ll engage with customers speaking Dutch and French, with English a plus, and collaborate with sales, procurement and the warehouse to deliver excellent service. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support, or any role with high customer contact.
• Proficiency in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
• Ability to work accurately, set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer oriented, strong communicator and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer questions with attention, handle support tickets promptly and accurately.
• Be the voice of Dustin by answering calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve issues in real time and assist customers via live chat with clear solutions.
