Patria Belgium is seeking a proactive Customer Support Agent to ensure excellent service throughout the order lifecycle, acting as main contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will manage orders, monitor status, and coordinate with multiple departments to guarantee on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

The role requires French and English fluency, a Bachelor's degree, and 2–5 years in similar roles; experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent language skills in French and English both in written and spoken
• Other languages (for example Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch etc.) are considered an asset.
• Customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Finance departments. Communicate order updates, delays, and solutions to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in ERP systems.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and customer reports when required.
• Support invoicing and follow-up on customer-related administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes.
