BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist to join a dynamic international team in Belgium. The role involves handling inquiries across orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You will accurately record interactions, work with internal teams, and stay updated on processes. Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) is expected, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. Onsite work with relocation possibilities may be offered.

Qualifications

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn travel-related products and services.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, relevant information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and procedures through training.
