Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Specialist to join our international team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.

The role rewards multilingual communication, analytical thinking and a proactive attitude in the travel field, with relocation support and onsite office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the travel field.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
