Job summary

The Cloud One Hotels is seeking an F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets, delivering locally sourced breakfast and the Sounds in the Clouds bar experience, and lead a dedicated team.

You will drive revenue while managing budgets, ensure hygiene, and collaborate across departments to design innovative F&B concepts.

Fluent German and English communication is expected, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, preferably within F&B.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment to quality and service excellence.
• Knowledge of gastronomy, events, and design trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English communication.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across our F&B outlets
• Leadership and development of the F&B team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives
• Collaborating on event planning and execution alongside our Guest Service Agent Events
• Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets
• Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in our F&B spaces
• Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement
• Participation in the conception and design of our F&B offers
• Enforcing workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Collaborating seamlessly across departments and brands
