Job summary

NH Collection Belgium seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the entire F&B operation across breakfast, restaurant, bar, meetings, events and banqueting services. You will be a hands-on leader on the floor, inspiring the team while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Working with the General Manager and other departments, you will create a motivated team, smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences, while meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B operations in hospitality settings.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, costs and revenue.

Responsibilities
