The Cloud One Hotels seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets and lead a dedicated team. You will ensure high-quality guest experiences through attention to detail, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, while aligning with our central procurement for local suppliers.

You will drive events, curate innovative F&B concepts, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional hospitality and revenue growth.

Job Description

As the F&B Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you are entrusted with overseeing all F&B outlets. Alongside your team, you'll delight our guests with our locally sourced organic breakfast or the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds," featuring captivating beats at our bar. Your key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across our F&B outlets
• Leadership and development of the F&B team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives
• Collaborating on event planning and execution alongside our Guest Service Agent Events
• Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets
• Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in our F&B spaces
• Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement
• Participation in the conception and design of our F&B offers
• Enforcing workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Collaborating seamlessly across departments and brands
