The Cloud One Hotels in Brussels is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets and drive service excellence across the brand. You will lead the F&B team, recruit and onboard new talent, and collaborate on events with the Guest Service team to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include steering revenue and costs, maintaining top hygiene standards, building local supplier relationships, and contributing to innovative F&B concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism with F&B exposure.
• Strong leadership, team development and onboarding skills.
• Commitment to service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Awareness of gastronomy trends, events, and design.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to develop innovative F&B concepts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all F&B outlets, coordinating workflows and operations.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate on events with the Guest Service Events team.
• Achieve revenue targets while managing cost budgets.
• Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness in F&B spaces.
• Build relationships with local suppliers under central procurement.
• Contribute to concept design and menu/offer development.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and cross-department collaboration.
