The Cloud One Hotels seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets and lead a dedicated team. You will ensure high-quality guest experiences through attention to detail, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, while aligning with our central procurement for local suppliers.

You will drive events, curate innovative F&B concepts, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional hospitality and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism is preferred.
• Willingness to support across departments and collaborate.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative F&B concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate workflows across F&B outlets.
• Lead and develop the F&B team including onboarding and training.
• Collaborate on events with Guest Service Agent Events.
• Aim for revenue goals while managing cost budgets.
• Uphold hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Build relationships with local suppliers through central procurement.
• Contribute to conception and design of F&B offers.
• Ensure collaboration across departments and brands.
