Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks an F&B Allround to welcome guests, take orders and deliver meals and drinks with a strong focus on exceptional service. You will engage with guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events while upholding brand standards.

Work with the F&B team to ensure timely service, upsell offerings, and accurate billing. Fluent French or Dutch and good English, plus basic computer skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or Dutch and high level of English are required.
• Vocational hospitality/F&B training is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and POS experience are advantageous.
• Good listening and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests and acknowledge them according to standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate orders.
• Assist with setup and clearing of tables for events and meals.
• Handle payments using the POS system and upsell when appropriate.
