Job summary

The Cloud One Hotels in Brussels is seeking an F&B Manager to oversee all F&B outlets and delight guests with our locally sourced organic breakfast and the nightly Sounds in the Clouds at the bar.

You will lead the F&B team, drive revenue while managing costs, uphold hygiene standards, build relationships with local suppliers, and collaborate across departments to design and implement innovative concepts and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, ideally within F&B.
• Passion for hospitality and team leadership.
• Strong commitment to quality and service excellence.
• Awareness of trends in gastronomy, events, and design.
• Proactive nature and eagerness to develop and implement innovative concepts (e.g., F&B offerings or events).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
• A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in both German and English communication.
• A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B outlets and supervise operational workflows.
• Lead and develop the F&B team, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate on event planning with Guest Service Agent Events.
• Achieve revenue goals while managing cost budgets.
• Uphold hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness in F&B spaces.
• Build and manage relationships with local suppliers per central procurement.
• Participate in the conception and design of F&B offers.
• Enforce workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate across departments and brands.
