The Hospitality Tribune in Brussels is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B outlets for our iconic destination. This senior role partners with the General Manager and regional team to drive pre-opening plans, budgets, and a high-impact launch across restaurants, bars, lounges and 24-hour dining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as F&B Director or F&B Manager in a large lifestyle hotel or 4- or 5-star property in Brussels.
• Strong operator with an F&B background; pragmatic and creative.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse F&B team in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-opening strategy, critical path planning, and on-time delivery for all F&B outlets.
• Own F&B revenue generation, labour productivity, and cost control in line with budgets.
• Develop new F&B concepts and participate in hotel programming, nightlife and events.
• Maintain meticulous standards; ensure outlets are staged to optimise guest experience.
• Host guests and manage relationships during events and parties.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure effective communication and culture.
• Lead and coach a large team across senior management disciplines.
