Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a technically skilled coordinator to support connection-study files in the energy infrastructure sector. You will coordinate documentation, verify data quality, and follow up on grid user connection requests with internal teams.

You will monitor milestones, prepare draft offers and technical annexes from validated templates, and perform data quality checks to ensure document consistency before validation. Strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Energy Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in technical coordination, document management, or engineering support within a regulated industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret technical data and identify inconsistencies in complex project files.
• Structured and accurate with focus on deadlines and document quality.
• Interpersonal skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive progress in a technical environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with professional knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Register and update technical connection-study files within operational management tools.
• Verify the completeness of technical and project information required for the study process.
• Coordinate missing inputs and deliverables with various engineering and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines while reporting risks or delays to the project owner.
• Prepare draft offers, contract documentation, and technical annexes based on validated templates.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure document consistency before final validation.
• Support operational communication by preparing factual status updates and follow-up documentation.
