Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the management and coordination of electricity grid connection requests for a leading Belgian transmission system operator. You will coordinate technical documentation, monitor project progress, ensure data accuracy and assist with grid connection studies and contractual documentation.

You will work with engineering, infrastructure, grid development and customer management teams to ensure timely processing of connection

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in technical project coordination or contract documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain grid connection study files with accurate data.
• Review technical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Liaise with engineering, grid development and other stakeholders to obtain required documents.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines and outstanding actions; escalate delays.
• Prepare and maintain draft connection offers, contractual documentation and technical annexes.
• Support the preparation of conformity and compliance documentation.
• Provide project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
