Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Customer Connection Operations Specialist in Brussels to provide technical and operational support for grid connection-study management. You will coordinate study requests, ensure data quality, and maintain documentation while working with engineering, infrastructure, and commercial teams in a regulated energy setting.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree, fluent Dutch and French, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Ability to review technical data for completeness and accuracy.
Comfort with digital systems, databases, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

Register and maintain customer connection-study files in operational systems.
Verify completeness and accuracy of technical, customer, and project data for studies.
Coordinate actions between internal stakeholders to progress connection files.
Monitor milestones, deadlines, dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed.
Prepare and maintain connection offers, technical annexes, contracts, and docs.
Perform first-level reviews of technical docs and data quality.
Ensure document traceability and version control per procedures.
Support customer communications with status updates and information requests.
Identify process improvements for data quality and efficiency.
Support reporting of connection-study activities.
