Job summary

SKF Group is seeking an Expert Total Rewards, Payroll & Workforce Governance EMEA to serve as the regional expert for compensation, benefits, payroll governance and workforce-related compliance across the EMEA region. You will coordinate local and group stakeholders to drive governance, consistency and continuous improvement through expertise and hands-on delivery.

You will enjoy working with cross-functional teams, partner with HR, Finance and external providers, and help build governance

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, payroll governance, and workforce governance across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Govern EMEA compensation, benefits, pensions and employer-funded insurance, including annual reviews, salary benchmarking and approvals.
• Govern EMEA payroll standards, controls and provider oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance and reliability.
• Coordinate local compensation & benefits and payroll experts across key EMEA countries, establishing standards, guidance, templates and governance.
