Job summary

TVH is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join the Global People Operations team, guiding compensation, benefits, and recognition across EMEA. You will drive regional pay equity, manage annual reviews, and advance digitalization of Comp & Ben with AI-driven tools.

You will partner with HRBPs and leadership to align policies with local laws while maintaining data integrity across HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational setting.
• Strong regional expertise across EMEA.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and data analytics proficiency.
• Experience with HR analytics tools and BI platforms.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with AI interest.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark regional compensation and benefits.
• Lead salary reviews and bonus allocations.
• Lead job evaluation and grading.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
• Design and build rewards dashboards.
• Forecast total rewards costs and budgets.
• Maintain large HRIS datasets and data integrity.
