Azelis Group is seeking a Group Reward Leader to govern and continuously improve global reward frameworks across regions, ensuring equity and competitiveness. The role partners with the ExCom, Regional HR leadership, and Finance to drive data-driven reward decisions and strategic governance.

Formación

• Master’s degree in HR, economics, finance, or business.
• At least 10 years of international Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Proven global reward framework leadership and governance.
• Strong analytics and European reward regulation knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Govern reward frameworks and ensure data quality across regions.
• Lead annual compensation review and STI/LTI processes.
• Partner with ExCom, Regional HR Directors and Finance on reward insights.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and comply with pay transparency requirements.
