Job summary

TVH is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join its Global People Operations team. You will serve as the senior expert for compensation, benefits and recognition across the EMEA region, translating global strategies into local market execution.

You will design dashboards, forecast total rewards costs, govern policies, and partner with HRBPs and leadership to deliver data-informed communications and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a multinational.
• Strong regional knowledge across EMEA markets.
• Proven ability to drive digitalization and use AI tools.
• Excellent English communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark regional compensation and benefits against market data.
• Lead annual salary reviews, STI, and bonus allocations.
• Design dynamic rewards dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and analytics.
• Governance of Total Rewards policies, compliance, and local adaptations.
• Partner with HRBPs and Leadership on rewards communications.
