Eurofins Brussels is seeking a Process & Project Manager to support the Compensation & Benefits Team in executing annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting and HRIS projects across an international environment.

You will coordinate data quality, produce dashboards, and drive improvements while liaising with HR, Finance and company leaders to ensure on-time delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management or Business Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Act as the operational partner and deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team.
• Coordinate the annual compensation and bonus review process for staff at the local corporate office.
• Develop KPIs, reports, dashboards and executive summaries from HR and financial data.
• Lead compensation-related projects and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate administration of long-term incentive plans with stakeholders.
