Eurofins is seeking a Process & Project Manager to support the Compensation & Benefits Team across global processes. You will ensure timely annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting, analytics and HR systems governance in an international setting.

The role emphasizes execution, project management discipline and data-driven decision making, with exposure to senior stakeholders and continuous improvement across HR operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management or Business Analytics.
• Strong execution capabilities, ownership and accountability in complex processes.
• Experience with international environments and compensation processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deputise for the Manager of Compensation & Benefits and coordinate priorities.
• Lead annual compensation and bonus review processes and timelines.
• Develop KPIs, reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Drive process excellence, governance and automation initiatives.
