TVH Group is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to lead compensation, benefits, and recognition for our EMEA regions. You will align global strategies with local market execution, drive pay equity and job evaluation, and digitalize rewards processes using AI and BI tools.

You’ll partner with HRBPs and Leadership to deliver data-informed rewards communications across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, in a hybrid Waregem setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards within a multinational.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and HRIS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Benchmark regional compensation and benefits to market data.
• Lead salary reviews, STI, and bonus allocations regionally.
• Drive job evaluation and pay equity across markets.
• Manage vendor performance for benefits, payroll, and insurance.
• Develop rewards dashboards and predictive insights.
