Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Project Manager to support the global team with executing and improving compensation and benefits processes across international markets.

You will coordinate annual compensation cycles, analytics, governance and HRIS projects, acting as deputy to the Manager and ensuring on-time delivery, data quality and cross-functional alignment with HR and Finance. The role offers exposure to diverse global teams and a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in finance/control, consulting, project management or HR operations.
• Experience managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders in international environments and compensation/HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deputy to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits Team, ensuring execution and governance of global processes.
• Coordinate annual compensation and bonus review cycles, timelines and data quality.
• Consolidate and analyze HR and financial data to develop KPIs, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Lead compensation-related projects, improve processes and ensure strong governance and follow‑up.
