Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site work with relocation package included. Salary starts at €1,300 gross/month, with a 14-month pay cycle, plus project-based bonuses.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues; and maintaining accurate records in CRM. Visa not provided; candidates must have right to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch C1 proficiency required.
• English B2-C1 level depending on project.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Log interactions in CRM and internal tools; escalate when needed.
