Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert for after-sales and technical support in Greece. The role supports Dutch-speaking customers across orders, deliveries, invoicing, and troubleshooting, with onboarding, a nesting period, and CRM-backed growth toward mentorship and Tier-2 roles.

Competenze

• Native-level or C1 Dutch; B2+ English for tools and internal communications.
• Tech-savvy with good PC skills and multitasking across platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem-solving in fast-paced scenarios.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus, entry-level welcome with strong interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with order tracking, deliveries, invoicing, and returns.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with devices, home appliances, and digital services.
• Process claims, coordinate repair services, address complaints with empathy, and follow up until resolution.
• Escalate complex inquiries to specialized teams while keeping CRM records accurate.
