Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service representative to support customers by phone, email, and chat. The role is remote within Greece with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Base salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, with performance bonuses on selected projects. Work schedule is five days a week, eight hours daily, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

Competenze

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Eligibility to work in Greece (no visa sponsorship).

Mansioni

• Respond to Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Handle deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Maintain accurate records and escalate cases when needed.
• Follow service procedures to meet quality standards.
