Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert for After-Sales & Technical Support in Greece. The role covers order tracking, billing, and troubleshooting for digital services and hardware.

You’ll work within a dynamic, international CX team, with onboarding and a clear growth path toward mentorship or Tier-2 support, in a hybrid setup. The position offers relocation support and bonuses linked to performance, with monthly subsidies for on-site attendance and ongoing professional

Competenze

• Fluent Dutch (native-level or C1)
• English proficiency for systems/tools
• Tech-savvy with basic PC and CRM usage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entry-level welcome with strong interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with order management, deliveries, invoicing, and troubleshooting for digital services and hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with devices, home appliances, and digital services.
• Process claims, coordinate repair services, and ensure full case resolution with empathy.
• Escalate complex inquiries to specialized teams while keeping CRM up to date
