WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team and support SMEs for a global industry leader. You will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping clients discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role emphasizes generating and qualifying opportunities rather than closing every sale. Work location is on-site in Greece, with relocation support and a compensation package including a 14-month gross

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
