WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management to promote cloud-based products and solutions on-site in Athens, Greece.

Requirements include Dutch and English at C1, strong communication, and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• CRM familiarity advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers on benefits of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth.
• Use CRM to manage leads and interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets.
