WW Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team, focusing on outbound sales and lead generation to promote cloud-based solutions. The role emphasizes qualifying opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline rather than closing every deal.

The position requires on-site work in Athens, Greece, with Dutch and English at C1 level. Relocation support is offered along with a competitive on-site compensation package.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and ability using online tools.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about benefits of available solutions.
