WW Talents seeks a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join our international team, onsite in Greece. You will drive outbound sales, generate leads, and manage a strong pipeline of SMB opportunities for cloud-based solutions.

You will build relationships, qualify needs, and present suitable offerings while aiming for KPIs and targets. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level and business English at C1 level.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• CRM familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Good accountability and motivation; reliable PC and online tools use.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads and build a strong pipeline.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades to clients.
• Educate customers on benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and manage CRM interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain thorough notes and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with international team to support SMBs.
