WW Talents in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMBs with cloud-based products. You will focus on outbound calls, lead generation, and pipeline management, shaping opportunities rather than closing every deal.

You will work on a dynamic on-site role in Athens, with Dutch and English language requirements, a competitive gross salary and relocation support. This position emphasizes growth, learning, and achievement of defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1 level required.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Proficient PC skills and comfort with online tools.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
