WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMBs for a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management. Work location is on-site in Greece with relocation support.

Dutch and English at C1 level are required. The role emphasizes generating and qualifying opportunities rather than closing every sale.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
