Job summary

Zapfloor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the single point of contact for customers from onboarding to launch, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing value.

You will train users, share best practices, and identify opportunities to expand Zapfloor usage. You will collaborate with Product and Sales teams, monitor engagement, and help reduce churn in a hybrid Antwerp-based role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related function in SaaS or B2B software.
• Experience in onboarding and product adoption is required.
• Fluent English; Dutch/French/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption.
• Train users to become proficient with Zapfloor.
• Provide best practices and help customers achieve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and monitor health metrics.
• Act as a liaison with Product, Sales and Support to resolve issues.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.
• Track and report on success metrics and insights.
