Prophix Brussels-based Customer Success Representative sought to be the trusted partner for a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, value realization, and retention at scale. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Product Adoption, Customer Sales, and Marketing to deliver a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication in English and French, plus proven experience in customer-facing roles and data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with multiple accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into action.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leaders.
• Excellent organization and time management for a large book of business.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build trust through proactive, responsive communication.
• Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption and value.
• Monitor health signals and re-engage less-engaged accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Lead renewal conversations and secure growth.
• Analyze usage trends and surface actionable insights.
• Represent customer voice to product, marketing, and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for training or expansion.
