Zusammenfassung

SAFOX is hiring a Customer Satisfaction Manager to guide customers through onboarding, run workshops, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. You will coordinate trainings, manage end-to-end implementations, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

This role offers a hybrid working model with office, home, and on-site customer work, and a path to grow as SAFOX expands internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or project delivery.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Structured and hands-on project management mindset.
• Customer-first attitude with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Guide new customers through onboarding using the SAFOX rollout methodology.
• Facilitate customer workshops to analyse needs and configure implementations.
• Deliver or coordinate end-user and stakeholder trainings.
• Manage implementation projects end-to-end (planning, milestones, risk follow-up and go-live support).
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to ensure adoption and optimisation.
• Bridge between customers and SAFOX by translating feedback into improvements.
• Introduce new product features and developments from the SAFOX roadmap.
