Job summary

Esker seeks a Customer Success Advocate to manage relationships with a portfolio of 20+ customers post-implementation, develop product expertise, and help clients optimize Esker solutions for better efficiency.

You will join the Benelux team in Ghent, collaborate with global CS teams, and leverage a mix of English and Dutch in a multinational environment while benefiting from a flexible and supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in customer success, support, or account management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts following the CS Engagement Program.
• Drive adoption and satisfaction, and improve NPS.
• Collaborate with Support and Professional Services to resolve issues.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance Esker products and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Esker solutions and act as a trusted product expert.
• Conduct regular business reviews and report on KPIs.
• Work with global CS teams to minimize churn.
