Peripass, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Benelux region. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from implementation to ongoing value realization, coordinating with Implementation Consultants and Product Enablement.

You’ll nurture relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities while supporting enterprise customers across the Benelux, with hybrid work from our Ghent office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
• Analysing and optimising processes.
• Building a great customer journey and seeing customers happy.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire implementation of our solution with scope, time and budget.
• Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey.
• Maintain excellent customer success by ensuring maximum ROI and close collaboration with Product Enablement.
• Take initiatives to improve processes in Customer Success.
• Drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team with cross-selling.
• Based at our Ghent office with regular travel to Benelux; remote work up to two days per week.
