Peripass is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up transforming logistics. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager Benelux to own the complete customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, and to ensure maximum business value for our enterprise clients.

Based in Ghent with travel across the Benelux and up to two days of remote work per week, you will collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Sales to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch & English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire implementation of the solution, including scope, time and budget.
• Guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realization.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and maximise return on investment in Peripass.
• Collaborate with Product Enablement to resolve complex issues for customers.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve CS processes and customer happiness.
• Drive growth in the customer portfolio and assist sales with cross-selling.
