Job summary

Our client, a well-established international company in the consumer goods sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the French or English-speaking market. You will own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will act as the primary contact for customers and the sales team, process orders in SAP, verify pricing and promotions, and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to maintain excellent service levels.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take ownership of the entire order-to-delivery process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and the sales team regarding orders and delivery-related matters.
• Processing and managing customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Ensuring correct pricing, promotions, product availability, quantities, and delivery conditions.
• Following up on orders from entry through to final delivery.
• Coordinating deliveries and managing logistics-related queries.
• Resolving issues that may impact order shipment or customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and sharing reports on backorders and open orders.
• Working closely with sales, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service levels.
• Supporting the onboarding and setup of new customers.
• Contributing to continuous improvement within the customer service process.
