The role requires a logistics-oriented bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience, strong accuracy, communication, and a technical mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or planning software is a plus; training and career growth

Qualifications

Bachelor in logistics or at least 3 years relevant work experience.
Accurate, customer-oriented and solution-focused.
Technical affinity or willingness to learn quickly.
Structured, team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP or planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan daily schedules for installation technicians considering routes and requirements.
Backup dispatcher for maintenance and repairs.
Process purchase orders in ERP system.
Telephone outreach to customers to arrange appointments.
Communicate changes to technicians and customers clearly.
Answer customer queries by phone and email.
Accurately input data in ERP and planning software.
