Qualifications

• Bachelor in logistics or at least three years of relevant experience.
• Accurate, customer-oriented and solution-focused.
• Technical affinity is a plus, or you are willing to quickly learn technical knowledge.
• Structured and takes responsibility within the team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP or planning software is a plus.
• Language: Dutch (very good), French (good), English (good).

Responsibilities

• Create schedules for our installation technicians, ensuring the most efficient routes and requirements.
• Act as back-up for maintenance and repair scheduling.
• Process orders in our ERP system accurately.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to arrange appointments.
• Provide clear and transparent updates to technicians and customers about changes in the schedule.
• Enter data accurately in our ERP system and planning software.
