Responsibilities

• Plan daily schedules for installation technicians considering routes and requirements.
• Backup dispatcher for maintenance and repairs.
• Process purchase orders in ERP system.
• Telephone outreach to customers to arrange appointments.
• Communicate changes to technicians and customers clearly.
• Answer customer queries by phone and email.
• Accurately input data in ERP and planning software.

Wat ga je doen?Opstellen van de planning voor onze installatietechniekers, waarbij je rekening houdt met de meest efficiënte routes, technische vereisten en klantbehoeften.Back-up voor het inplannen van onderhoud en herstellingen.Correct verwerken van bestelbonnen in ons ERP-systeem.Telefonisch contact met klanten om afspraken in te plannen.Duidelijke en transparante communicatie met techniekers en klanten over wijzigingen in de planning.Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.Accuraat verwerken van gegevens in ons ERP-systeem en planningssoftware.
