PROMAN Jobs Hasselt is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and partners on a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The role involves handling calls and emails, collecting and verifying information, and providing timely updates.

You will maintain customer files, follow up on agreements, and ensure accurate data processing while coordinating with repair workshops to keep all parties informed.
