EBTS Pro Assist in Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Officer fluent in English, German and Dutch to handle inquiries, provide tech support, and coordinate with workshops in a multicultural setting.

You will manage phone calls and emails, verify data, update all parties, monitor contracts, and follow up issues within deadlines, with shifts from 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

• Fluent in English, German and Dutch.
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.

• Gathering information and checking data for accuracy and completeness.
• Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
• Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
• Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
• Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.

• Working fromMonday until Friday (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods).
• In rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
