Axis Group is seeking a Claims Specialist to independently manage claims from start to finish in the Noorderkempen region. You will be the main point of contact for customers and interact with insurers and adjusters, guiding clients through the process with a customer-focused approach.

• 2–5 years of experience in claims handling in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• You are responsible for independently managing and following up on claims from start to finish.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for customers while also maintaining contact with insurers and adjusters.
• You guide customers through the entire claims process and ensure that cases are handled accurately, clearly, and efficiently.
• You provide both legal and practical advice in claims cases.
• You ensure clear written communication and follow-up on claims.
• You handle claims related to, among other things, auto, fire, family, and small business insurance.

The ideal candidate

• Has 2 to 5 years of experience in claims handling within the insurance industry.
• Is familiar with various types of claims, such as auto, fire, family, and SME claims.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Works meticulously, has an analytical mindset, and actively seeks solutions.
• Has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
• Is capable of performing tasks independently but also enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has experience with Brio, which is a significant plus.
